What are your thoughts on switching over from React Native to Flutter ?

Our team had been considering switching over to flutter for sometime now, having researched on pros and cons for both platforms, we believe that Flutter is far better in terms of performance (contextual) , yet the eco system around it has not yet matured, do you guys recon that we should jump ahead and adopt it so we can grow with it, or keep relying on RN and its promise for performance after the re architecture ?
