I was down to 10k at friend laptop, but its not viable

surely the sound device has some faults of the volume was turned down, I think.

So for past few months i think that my hearing went bad, due to my sinuses issues, cause I keep asking people "what?" , "what did u say?", "hm?" and it's so annoying haha :D But the test says I hear pretty well... maybe it's just lacking of concetration then, idk

Thats a pretty good results. I will need to retest my hearing again with a headphones.

But even with those results, ur hearing can be lower if you have sinuses problem.
