If you registered but wondering why you are not getting any email, kindly check if you are using these providers. Microsoft blocks emails from sendgrid.

Blocklist:

The current plan on Sendgrid is also blacklisted on several lists,

The error message mostly says,

550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [167.89.100.226] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [SN1NAM04FT034.eop-NAM04.prod.protection.outlook.com]

Kindly use gmail.com or any other email provider.
