If you mean Wekan Windows app and Android app, those use my (Wekan Team) provided Wekan server https://boards.wekan.team/sign-in

In Ubuntu, you would use webbrowser with that same address

But, if you have installed your own Wekan server to your Ubuntu 20.04, it depends what is your Ubuntu PC IP address. You get it with command ip address on terminal. For example, Ubuntu Server IP address is 192.168.0.200, then in Wekan Snap version you type to terminal sudo snap set wekan root-url='http://192.168.0.200' and sudo snap set wekan port='80' so then your Wekan in webbrowser address http://192.168.0.200. Then you can use it from your PC and Mobile phone with webbrowser, or alternatively at Mobile phone add app icon like this https://github.com/wekan/wekan/wiki/PWA

If you have some boards added to Wekan Team hosted server at https://boards.wekan.team , you can try to export those to Wekan JSON file, if that menu is visible at: Click board right hamburger menu => cog icon at right of Members => Export => Wekan JSON. After you have downloaded it, copy that text content to clipboard and at your local Wekan server click: Add Board => Import => From previous export. There paste that JSON, set members to your Wekan username, and click Import.

If that export to Wekan JSON menu option is not visible, then send email to [email protected] from the same email address you logged into https://boards.wekan.team/sign-in , so I can send your boards JSON files to you by email.

Those apps do use https://boards.wekan.team/sign-in as address
