How to do a Heuristic evaluation report?

It need a compete course to explain that, it's like asking how to devleop a computer program.

But, in two word, what I can say, it's:

go on each page, one after one and for each page verify each heuristic rule.

For each page report 1. good things, when a rule is respected and it's a very good example of what is needed (not hwen it's just OK).

1. wrong things.

If a problem is present on each page for example in the header or the menu, put it in a chapter befoire page by page analysis.
