I need some advices about UX matter

Hi,

I saw too many business websites have "Make an appointment" function but few of them show pop-up form for booking after pressing it. Most of them turn to new page. Why did'nt show pop-up while pop-up is faster and more tidied?

hmm, not sure but one of the reason might be to track the conversions on how many people visited contact page, how many people actually contacted, etc

So they can probably use that segments in re-targeting campaigns

I have a meeting page rather than a popup. My reasons: 1) load time - less elements loading on every page. 2) Multipurpose - have a dedicated page allows me to include a direct meeting link in emails. Hope this helps
