Hello se are starting with our ux team on a fintech, they are a solid development team that use Scrum Agile process model, and we have the challenge to setup a process or methodology that Match with their rituals. I thought Design Sprint model + Design thinking mindset is the option A but i want to expand my horizon and look for other Best practices ;)
