Yup, at Microsoft Build 2019, the Windows team announced a brand new CMD/PowerShell terminal that can perform every task for modern development. Windows Dev team also decided to modernize the look and feel of the upcoming "Windows Terminal" that kinda resembles the UI of a Linux and Mac OS X terminal. Popular online magazine "The Verge", has written a small article that explains the upcoming terminal in more detail.
