When you have started Wekan with command meteor, and then change some code file, meteor automatically notices it and rebuilds wekan

but sometime if all changes are not noticed, then it needs rebuild-wekan.sh option 2

I find the *.jade file format is somehow different from what I know. Is this a special version jade?

Yes https://github.com/mquandalle/meteor-jade

I recommend you fork https://github.com/wekan/wekan again and use master branch for development. There has been a lot of changes.

Yes building wekan does take time

I usually build at fast server, not at local computer

There is some bug why it builds 4x slower

I try to find how to fix it

Yeah it was not freeze, just very slow

I waited 20 minutes then it continues

Can you give me a hint that how to debug in sidebarFilters.js?

It seems console.log prints nothing here

if meteor --port 4000 does not show at bash console, is there anything at browser inspect console? Or meteor-spk dev console log button?

Or if you install local mongodb-server and configure start-wekan.sh to port 27017, and use ./start-wekan.sh, does it show at basg console?
