Usually you login to Wekan Android app by clicking OIDC button, so it then logins as your Google account user. If it does not work, you can from dropdown select Password login style, and register new account with username and password, ignore any errors if you get on registering (if email is not configured on server, it shows error) but your account is created anyway, so you can login with username and password.
