Many do fork Wekan, add some feature or fix, and don't contribute back. I have seen youtube videos of features like voting that do not exist on official Wekan

i mean wekan has good features and is stable

so it should be as good as Trello!!

Wekan already has features Trello and Jira does not have.

Wekan has Swimlanes, Trello does not have it.

Trello and Jira are not Open Source

Why you are thinking of forking? What would guarantee that this time you continue adding features and fixes, and not stop doing it?

I do maintain only one Open Source MIT licensed version of Wekan that includes support for all current Wekan platforms

I make new Wekan releases about once a day

I have public Roadmap at https://wekan.github.io with all of my paid work listed, so there is full transparency

I have full ChangeLog at https://wekan.github.io that is my proven track record

I develop Wekan, because I use Wekan myself, I'm scratching my own itch
